Are you passionate about answering customer service calls? Have you got knowledge and experience in repairing Electronics including TV,DVD Player?
We are currently looking for a customer service technician who must have 1-3 years experience minimum in LCD’s and DVD’s.
You are required to have positive personality and communication skills in relating with customers and coworkers.
You will be responsible for answering customer service calls, general office work and educating customers on how to use their systems in a professional manner.
